Registered Nurse (RN)

What can I expect to do in this role?

As an RN in the Medical-Surgical Unit, you will provide direct patient care, assess and monitor patients’ conditions, administer medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, communicating with patients and their families, and assisting with patient education and discharge planning.

How do I qualify?

• Completion of a recognized nursing program and current registration as a Registered Nurse in Worcester MA
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in medical-surgical nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
