What can I expect to do in this role?

How do I qualify?

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse in Boston MA
• Several years of progressive nursing experience, including supervisory or managerial roles
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of surgical nursing practices and procedures
• Experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
